I developed the Art is 4 Every1 method when I was asked to do a class at a longterm care facility in 1987. For 35 years my students have been all ages and capabilities, usually with no art experience. This method has given "first painting success" to all my students including children, teens and adults and at painting parties. But it is especially rewarding for those with cognitive, sensory or physical limitations: quadriplegics, memory impaired, vision problems, tremors - the method adapts for all types of students. As demand for my class increased beyond what I could handle I began a live Instructor training program in 2011 and then an online training program in 2015. I hope to empower other artists to have a rewarding business like mine that brings the joy of creating to so many people that need it and appreciate it.
